A client of mine is in the middle of buying a grocery store chain from a Chinese conglomerate. My background is retail, that‘s why I am leading the negotiations on behalf of our bank.

We met with the seller in Singapore. Neutral ground. I didn’t feel well and screwed up the negotiations and probably lost a few millions due to the lack of preparation.

Who gives a shit. It’s not my money.

Got totally drunk on the flight back to Melbourne.
